Named in honour of its former owner—the youngest sea captain in the Merchant Navy—The Captain’s Place, as it’s fondly known locally, is a 200+-year-old stone byre, thoughtfully transformed into an elegant and authentic couples retreat on the breathtaking Isle of Skye. With design touches that pay homage to its nautical heritage, this peaceful haven offers tranquility amidst the wild, rugged beauty that makes the Isle of Skye so unforgettable.

Visitors can enjoy stunning sea views, explore nearby landscapes, and experience the fresh eggs provided by your ‘own’ hens, making each moment at The Captain’s Place truly special.
